Candidate Requirements:
- A qualification in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent
- Must have previous working experience in a similar role
- Should have strong management skills
- Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and think creatively
- Must have excellent knowledge of all hospitality operations
- Should have good computer skills
- Must have a passion for guests and guest satisfaction
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be diligent and meticulous
- Should be enthusiastic, presentable and have a caring personality
