This opportunity calls for energetic, vibrant Office Managers to join a wild game and farm auctioneer agency based in Pretoria East.

POSITION INFO:
Your duties include but are not limited to:

Day to day office management
Organising company events
Order stationary and office consumables
Preparing letters
Responsible for minutes at meetings
Book all travel arrangements

Education:

Completed Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Adavanced Excel ideally
Financial acumen
Hands on personality
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Deadline driven
Own transport as travel will be required
