Overview
Our client, a well-established financial services practice, is looking to appoint a professional and experienced Office Manager to lead their administrative operations. The role is suited to someone highly organised, dependable, and skilled in managing both people and processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions across the business’s core service areas, while managing internal workflows, delegating tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Manage the administrative team, including delegation and tracking of tasks

Maintain an internal ticketing or workflow system to ensure task progress and completion

Monitor quality and ensure work is reviewed and submitted correctly

Support the business owner in overseeing daily operations
Candidate Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in office management or senior administration

Strong leadership, planning, and delegation skills

Ability to engage with team members professionally and respectfully

High level of reliability, honesty, and integrity

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met

Experience within financial services, legal, or professional services is advantageous

Familiarity with Momentum administration systems would be a plus
