Office Manager - Karino

SUMMARY:
Our client that is in the Construction industry is looking for an Office Manager with a Accounting background to joint their team in Karino, Nelspruit.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Any other qualification in Administration or Accounting will be an advantage
• 2 – 4 years experience in a similar position
• JDE experience will be an advantage
• Fluent in Afrikaans
• Experiene in the following:
  • Debtors/Creditors reconciliations
  • Ensure month end accounts are correct
  • Capturing and reconciliation of empoyees timesheets
  • Ensuring all wages are corrently processed
  • Handling of HR related queries
  • Assisting with annual budgeting
  • Assisting with monthly stock takes
  • Preparation and submission of monthly reports
