SUMMARY:
Our client that is in the Construction industry is looking for an Office Manager with a Accounting background to joint their team in Karino, Nelspruit.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Any other qualification in Administration or Accounting will be an advantage
2 – 4 years experience in a similar position
JDE experience will be an advantage
Fluent in Afrikaans
Experiene in the following:
- Debtors/Creditors reconciliations
- Ensure month end accounts are correct
- Capturing and reconciliation of empoyees timesheets
- Ensuring all wages are corrently processed
- Handling of HR related queries
- Assisting with annual budgeting
- Assisting with monthly stock takes
- Preparation and submission of monthly reports
