SUMMARY:
JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
Our client is seeking a professional and organized Office Personal Assistant to join their dental practice team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative and reception operations of the practice while providing direct support to the dentist. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing appointments, patient communication, records, billing support, and overall office coordination to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and well-run practice.

• Supporting the dentist with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
• Processing payments and issuing receipts
• Assisting with basic billing and medical aid administration (training provided)
• Ordering and organizing office supplies when required
• Keeping the reception and waiting area neat and organized
• Assisting with the smooth daily running of the practice
