OFFICE & SCHEDULE ADMINISTRATOR - Beauty / Cosmetics

RONDEBOSCH, Southern Suburbs CPT (W-Cape) - South Africa

START: A.S.A.P / 01 May 2024

REPORT TO: Director

HOURS & SHIFTS:

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

R12,500 Salary per month (Gross / Before legal deductions)

QUALIFICATIONS

Matric Certificate / Grade 12
Qualification in Beauty Therapy - BONUS
Administrative / Secretarial Certificate - BONUS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

Confident in English (Read, Write & Speak) - professional correspondence is required
Front of office experience in salon, hospitality or medical (must have reception experience)
Computer user confident (including Social Media, WhatsApp, E-mail & Microsoft)
Meticulous and accurate
Accountability
Able to build a lasting rapport with clients
Work in a fast paced environment
Up to date with beauty trends
Manage and facilitate several diaries (book training, respond to orders, process queries etc.)
No smoking is allowed

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be based in the Southern Suburbs with reliable transport (your own is preferred)
You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
Confident in using laptop / cell phone and able to multi-task
Must be 100% committed, no outside or secondary employment is permitted.
