SUMMARY:
A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint an Officer Employee Relations

Reporting to the Senior Manager: Employee Relations, the successful incumbent is accountable to facilitate and coordinate Employee Relations services by ensuring compliance with applicable legislative frameworks, policies and resolutions.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management or Labour
Relations related qualification.
Relevant 3 years’ experience in a Human Resource environment.

Technical and behavioral competencies required:

Knowledge of Labour Relations Act.
Knowledge of BCEA.
