Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-site promotional events (gaming conventions, tournaments, mall activations, university roadshows) to drive awareness and user acquisition.
- Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors who demo the game and engage target audiences in person.
- Handle end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, equipment setup, signage, swag distribution, and post-event teardown.
- Coordinate with product, creative, and community teams to develop point-of-contact materials (banners, flyers, demo stations).
- Organize and host offline community meetups, launch activations, and on-site competitions to boost installs and retention.
- Collect real-time feedback from players during events and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Track event metrics—attendance, demo sessions, demo-to-install conversion rates—and optimize tactics accordingly.

- Monitor competitor offline campaigns and local gaming trends, refining strategies to stay ahead.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing and community teams to synchronize online and offline efforts.

- Established network with local venues, event suppliers, or gaming communities is a plus.
- Physically able to lift and transport promotional materials and demo equipment as needed.
- Leadership aptitude to guide brand ambassadors, coordinate agencies, and ensure seamless event execution.
