SUMMARY:
On-site Support Technician - Sandton

POSITION INFO:

Tasks:

Provide telephone, face to face and online support to the client.
Client liaison and communication to assist and resolve the clients IT system requirements within the agreed SLA’s.
Provide customer service and manage the account to retain a long-term business partnership.
Provide high level product knowledge to enable you to understand the companies value proposition, product range and service requirements.
Training and certification will be mandatory as prescribed by the company.

Ability to understand the clients’ needs urgently & to achieve optimum service.
Ability to be able to learn and update IT knowledge.
Minimum Grade 12 with 5 years working experience in a similar environment.
A+; N+ - MCP or MCSE or IT Diploma.
