SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about keeping renewable energy systems running at peak performance? A leader in renewable energy projects is on the lookout for a dedicated O&M Engineer to join their growing team in the clean energy sector. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure that our renewable energy systems—particularly solar and other sustainable technologies—are operating efficiently, reliably, and safely.

POSITION INFO:
From troubleshooting to preventative maintenance, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping our systems optimised and our impact growing.

ð± What You’ll Do:

Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on renewable energy installations
Identify and resolve faults to minimise downtime
Implement and refine maintenance plans to improve system performance
Keep accurate maintenance records and reports
Collaborate with technical teams to support ongoing improvement.

ð What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in Renewable Energy operations & maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
Passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to excellence.

ð Qualifications:

National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or a related field)
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in O&M for renewable energy systems (solar preferred)
Solid knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and monitoring systems
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and maintenance best practices
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site locations
Bonus: Additional certifications (e.g., PV installer and Health & Safety) are a plus
