JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years general Banking experience, 3 years in Credit Related environment.
Academic Knowledge: Relevant degree or Diploma, FAIS RE1 competent.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure business profitability and growth in conjunction with the Relationship Manager.
Meeting lending disbursement targets.
Ensure no customer losses.
Identify cross and up-selling opportunities.
Excellent client engagement.
Ensure good turnaround times, Support the Relationship Manager in all credit applications by ensuring all applicable due diligence on an application is done in accordance to the risk and credit policies and guidelines of the bank.
Co-responsible for the profitability of the Relationship Manager’s portfolios by recovering all applicable fees and charges for services rendered.
