Our client in the chemical manufacturing industry is looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer to join them

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

BSc / BEng Chemical Engineer (PrEng - Professional Engineer) (Not Negotiable)
Project Management / PRINCE II certification / experience
15 Years chemical manufacturing plant environment, preferably Chlor-Alkali manufacturing experience
Quality Management and Laboratory Operations experience
World Class Systems and Operational Excellence implementation experience
Developing and using MES system for analysis of operational data experience
Financial budgeting and Capex Management Experience
Sharepoint and Corrective Action Systems (Digilex)
In-depth knowledge of SCADA, PLC, SAP, IM and MES
Extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
Extensive knowledge of Hazardous Chemical Manufacturing and handling codes
