Ready to steer a high-growth, service-driven business to its next milestone? Our client—a recognised industry front-runner known for agility, innovation, and uncompromising quality—needs a sharp, hands-on Financial Manager to power their expansion.

POSITION INFO:

Full finance function: Run day-to-day operations, cashbook, banking, and compliance
Reporting & analysis: Deliver monthly flash results, GP analysis, and year-end statements that tell the story behind the numbers
Budgets & forecasts: Build, track, and refine budgets, cash-flow projections, and annual rate reviews
Strategic impact: Shape financial strategy, spearhead cost-saving initiatives, and give leadership the insights they need to grow
Controls & compliance: Safeguard internal controls, oversee credit-note approvals, and keep the business audit-ready
Team leadership: Mentor and elevate a talented finance team, ensuring top-tier performance
Debtors & creditors: Guide AR/AP, manage age analyses, allocations, inter-company creditors, and third-party reconciliations
Payroll oversight: Review and analyse payroll for accuracy and efficiency

Skills & Experience:
5 + years in a senior finance or financial-management role
Deep expertise in reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making
Advanced Excel skills and fluency with modern finance systems
Proven leadership, stellar communication, and an eagle eye for detail

Qualification:
Commerce degree plus 5-8 years’ experience; CIMA (or equivalent) preferred
