Company & Job description

One of the worlds Largest Mining companies is currently seeking an Operational Finance Manager to form part of their dynamic finance team. The successful candidate must possess strong experience within the operational finance function and communication skills as relationship building and team management is critical within this role. As the operational Finance Manager, you will report directly into the General Manager and work closely with the Engineers in the Business Unit. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to be fully involved within the decision making of the business

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Implement & Design Costing systems
Mitigate risk by providing costing guidance
Involve with identifying and resolving Audit Findings
Consolidations
Building a successful finance team

Experience and skills Required:

B.com Honours degree or CIMA qualification

5 years’ experience within the mining industry

5 years’ Experience within a similar role
