JOB SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Financial Manager CA(SA) to provide financial support to the processing operations of a large integrated group and to join their expansive team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is suited to an experienced candidate with a operational background and have the ability to work on Power BI dashboards.

As the Operational Processing Finance Manager CA(SA) you will be responsible for key outputs including strategic support, inventory management, operational management and people management. This role includes traveling to various sites across the country.

Duties will Include:

Profitability analysis, margin analysis, budget control, insurance and Capex.
New business and long-term plans of the processing operations.
Ensure inventory is managed and accurate records are maintained.
Manages and is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the ERP system.
Investigate, recommend, and introduce improvements.
Investigates and corrects problems with regard to computer data and printouts.
Implementation of group IT strategy and assisting with the development thereof.
Build and develop relationships with finance team of group companies and ensure good communication at all times.
Timeous and accurate reporting to ensure effective and efficient operation of the Finance Department.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) with at least 5 years post articles experience
Experience in financial management at a management level at minimum
Management experience/ability within a result driven environment
Experience/ability to manage large teams
Shared service experience preferable
Experience working on financial ERP systems
