Operational Finance Manager role available within a large FMCG company based in Meyerton for a CA(SA) (AA/EE)

Our client forms part of a larger, listed group and they predominantly operate within the FMCG sector. They produce high quality products which are distributed across South Africa. They have multiple manufacturing sites across the country however, they are currently recruiting for an Operational Finance Manager to join their team based in Meyerton. The successful incumbent for the role will be a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with a minimum of 5 years’ post articles experience within a similar environment. The successful candidate will also have a minimum of 3 years’ staff management experience as well as extensive knowledge and experience dealing with BOMS (Bill of Materials) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure).

Qualifications & Experience: (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Qualified CA(SA) registered with SAICA (AA/EE)
• Min 5+ years’ post article experience within the commercial sector
• Must come from the FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or similar “production” environment.
• Min 3 years’ staff management experience
• Must have experience with the abovementioned duties in your current role
• Must have a stable work track record and contactable references
• Must be able to work in a highly pressurised environment with strict deadlines
