SUMMARY:
Our client based in in the East Rand is looking for an Operations Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Experience & Requirements:

B (Honours)-degree in Accounting ;
Knowledge of a trading business i.e. stock and debtors; customers must be large chains/ retailers
At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant post-qualifying experience with leadership and staff responsibilities ;
Ability to think strategically and optimise opportunities;
Excellent organizational and communication abilities;
Ability to lead a team, yet work independently and flexibly;
Energetic, creative, innovative and enthusiastic;
Entrepreneurial thinker;
Ability to performance manage;
Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite with above average Excel skills and previous experience on an ERP system;
Having been part of an ERP implementation is advantageous;
Strong people skills;
Retail sales knowledge advantageous.
