SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with at least two yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ post articles experience and Ã¢Â€Â˜track-recordÃ¢Â€Â™ of outstanding academic achievement for the Operational Financial Manager within their Johannesburg North based Finance team. POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant CA(SA) designation and/or eligibility to register recently obtained
South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) articles completed at a ‘Big 4 Firm’ is highly advantageous
Minimum 2 years’ previous working experience involving Accounting, Debtors, Creditors, and Cash Management roles and responsibility

Job description & Skills:

Providing oversight and management to ensure the fulfilment of Operational Accounting functions as well as the performance of branch systems, processes, and procedures
Ensuring compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other relevant legislative and/or regulatory requirements
Constructing viable and/or feasible business development strategies and ensuring the successful implementation of these business development strategies
Managing the administrative systems and/or processes of the entire department as well as providing general auxiliary support functions
Overseeing and managing the performance of business operations
Maintaining high service levels within the Finance department
