SUMMARY:
Operational Sales Executive – Short term Insurance – Johannesburg – Outbound Contact Centre

POSITION INFO:

A client in the financial services space is looking for a dynamic, high-performing sales leader to head and scale a large outbound contact centre (500+ agents). Experience managing a call centre of over 400 seats is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, extensive insurance product knowledge, and a minimum of 5 years’ senior leadership experience. If you are growth-focused, operationally astute, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on compliance and productivity, this is your opportunity to lead and drive success.
