JOB SUMMARY:
Operations Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

At least 2-3 year’s experience in a Casings Warehouse or preferably within a similar industry
Product knowledge in the Casings Division is preferred
Knowledge of Food Safety Standards (HACCP etc)
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Standards
Must have Syspro, Ritescan experience and be Computer Literate
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Ability to perform numeric calculations
Fully bilingual
Service orientation
Time Management
Attention to detail and accuracy
- To ensure all administrational aspects of Operations processes are efficiently executed (ie Maintain administration and documentation requirements in the Casings Division)
- To assist the Operations Manager as required
- Matching creditors and dispatch documents to Finance Department
- Assist with and complete queries from Creditors and Debtors Department
- Perform audit control processes eg Tripsheet, POD and GRN Controls as well as maintain Filing.
- Manage Archiving
- Manage and control stock of pre-printed stationary
- Perform all other Admin duties where needed.
- Ensure that the business is Food Safety and OHSE compliant
- Attend and entertain internal and external auditors for Audits
- Process RFC’s, Customer orders and create Picking Slips.
- Adhere to all Crown Food Group SOP’s
- Participate fully in stock takes.
- Facilitate effective operations functionality.
- Manage document flow efficiently
- Ensure that timekeeping, absenteeism and sick Leave is controlled
