SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an Operations Analyst & Administrator to join their team.

Role overview
The Operations Analyst & Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficiency, productivity, and performance of the Organisation through effective operational analysis, reporting, and administrative management. This role combines analytical insight with strong organisational and co-ordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, data accuracy, process improvement, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 - 5 Years experience in operational analysis, business administration or a similar role.
National Diploma or Batchelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Willingness to work overtime as and when required.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
Ability to identify issues, analyze them and implement solutions.
Project Management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collecting and analyzing data.
Developing process improvements.
Creating reports.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Using statistical modeling and forecasting to solve problems and guide decision-making for management.
Managing schedules.
Handling correspondence.
Maintaining records and databases.
Co-ordinating with Teams
Tracking metrics and troubleshooting operational issues.
Acting as a crucial support link between different departments, staff and clients
