JOB SUMMARY:
The Area Manager is part of an operations team, responsible for supporting store operations, driver network compliance by ensuring operational effectiveness

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as hands on support to branches and Help Centre to resolved operational issues
Ensure process and procedures are drawn up and followed
Store operational audits done to ensure compliance
Identification of operational inefficiencies through GAP / SWOT analysis
Communication of store audit findings and resolution thereof
Daily, weekly, monthly store visits
Attending every store opening and act as support to the entire operational process
Coordinate the movement of marketing material for new store opening

Desired Experience & Qualification:

A Tertiary qualification is preferrable
1-3 Years Supply Chain and logistics experience in retail operations
1-3 Years'' Experience in training and implementation
