SUMMARY:
Operations Assistant

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Assistant to provide administrative, coordination and logistical support within their operations team. Key Responsibilities include: • Processing and recording customer collection nominations and orders • Creating and managing Sales Orders • Coordinating LPG collection and delivery operations • Providing daily customer updates and maintaining effective communication • Monitoring and tracking orders and updating reporting systems • Assisting with stock requests and ensuring stock is issued within authorised limits • Following operational procedures and order release controls • Communicating delays and operational issues to management • Supporting senior team members and contributing to continuous improvement Minimum Requirements: ✅ Grade 12 \/ Matric ✅ 3-5 years' relevant experience in an Operations environment ✅ Excellent administrative and organisational skills ✅ Strong attention to detail and numerical ability ✅ Good problem-solving and analytical skills ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✅ Positive, energetic and results-driven approach
