Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks an Operations Assistant / Administrator to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ operations/administration experience.
Matric with relevant management courses.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Eworks Management System, and Microsoft Outlook.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including calls, correspondence, and document filing.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
Act as liaison with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Assist with inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and logistics support.
Support recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
Assist with the implementation of policies, procedures, and process improvements.
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
