POSITION INFO:
Seeking a highly motivated individual to join a team of operational support staff and client administrators at a boutique, high net worth, private wealth company.
This role requires a a high level of attention to detail and people skills to maintain and cultivate strong client relationships and deliver the highest level of service.
This role is based in Cape Town.
Key job functions, duties and responsibilities:
- Administrative Support in relation to client meetings (preparing documents; note taking; scheduling)
- Operational Support: liaising with vendors / asset managers / clients / operations team to ensure tasks are completed.
- Compliance: managing & maintaining integrity of all client documentation & files.
- Client Liaison: interacting with clients and handling administration of client portfolio changes.
Required skills and personal attributes:
- Business degree: B.Com/B.Bus.Sci.
- Progress towards CFA/CFP beneficial.
- 3-4 years experience in Financial Services, in particular with FAIS
- Commitment to client service
- Highly analytical
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
