SUMMARY:
To assist in performing administrative function within the department.

POSITION INFO:

Accept customer sales orders
Generate container utilisation and make necessary amendments
Consolidated final market orders on Sage
Generate PFI''s
Quality check samples upon receipt
Bin transfers
Generated and co-ordinate full shipping document pack (including commercial invoice, packing slip, health certificate, COO and legalisation)
Track documents until delivered
Generate export request and facilate container container dispatch and stacking into port

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent of Senior certification
High level of Computer literacy
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding
