Qualifications:

Matric
Logistics Management / Operations or other related qualification
Must have at least 5 - 10 years’ experience within the Logistics industry
Attention to detail.
Experience with tracking systems

Role and Responsibilities:

Fleet management and monitoring, ensuring that each vehicle reaches it's production and diesel targets.
Constant communication with drivers and team.
Administering and controlling the daily attendance of drivers.
Assisting in the capturing of data .
Ensuring production and diesel targets are met.
Ensuring the fleet management system is monitored and managed.
Communication with drivers and team.
Ensuring data is captured accurately.
Ensuring documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines.
Ensuring vehicle maintenance issues are communicated.
Ensuring vehicle services are planned and scheduled.
All other related duties
