POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Seeking a proactive and organised individual to coordinate service operations and billing functions in a Managed Print Services (MPS) environment. The role supports SLA compliance, customer service, and profitability.

Location: Century City, Cape Town

Key Duties

Log service calls and manage technician schedules
Plan and coordinate printer installations
Process job cards, close tickets, and order parts
Handle Lexmark & HP warranty claims
Prepare quotes and invoices for services and consumables
Monitor and order consumables using Printanista & ConnectWise
Perform admin tasks on Accumatica (sales orders, POs, GRVs)
Manage stock and consumable level reports
Assist with monthly SLA/CPC billing and forecasts
Administer SLA contracts and support escalations

Requirements

Advanced Excel skills (formulas, filtering, calculations)
Strong accounting background
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Able to work under pressure
MPS experience is a plus
Reliable, solution-oriented, and proactive
