Operations Executive - Third Party Administration Minimum 5 years’ experience on a managerial level in an operations environment Senior operational experience in health insurance administration and healthcare provider network management Senior client relationship management experience Experience operating at a corporate executive level

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Operational service delivery to Third Party Administration clients
• Client relationship management of service delivery to TPA clients
• Client relationship management of Third Party Administrator clients
• Supportive role in business development to Third Party Administrators clients
• Primary responsibility for the Provider Network function within  International clients
• Supportive role in business development to TPA clients
• Primary responsibility for the Provider Network function 

The following are essential requirements
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on a managerial level in an operations environment
• Senior operational experience in health insurance administration and healthcare provider network management
• Senior client relationship management experience
• Experience operating at a corporate executive level

The following are advantageous requirements
• Post graduate degree
• MBA
• Relevant legislation and industry knowledge
• Work experience in the rest of Africa
• Experience in International Private Medical Insurance
