SUMMARY:
Company based on the East Rand is looking for an Operations Leasing Officer asap.

POSITION INFO:

Advise and work with company management to meet financial goals
Advise and work with management regarding legal and regulatory issues, and reporting requirement
Account and cost reconciliation
Knowledge of financial information relating to the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of leasing contracts
Statement tracking of debtors

Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business
Developing and presenting project proposals
Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
Managing construction schedules
Dealing with any unexpected costs
Attending site meetings to monitor progress
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project
Working on-site and in an office.
Develop and implement leasing strategies
Vetting Client Documents
Maintain Relationships with clients, brokers and industry partners
Managing invoicing
Liaising with financial institutes
Ensure all legal compliance of docs

Requirements:

Business Qualifications or similar

3-5 years’ experience

Construction industry experience is a must

Knowledge of yellow machines

Business Acumen

Advanced Excel
