About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations, orchestrating seamless collaboration between departments including Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, Spa, and Maintenance. Your leadership will shape the rhythm of service, ensuring each guest encounter reflects the estate’s commitment to excellence, warmth, and sophistication.

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver consistently world-class service.
Collaborate closely with chefs, bar teams, and front-of-house staff to elevate the dining journey.
Oversee smooth and efficient daily operations, ensuring every detail aligns with brand and service standards.
Cultivate a culture of teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
Manage budgets, resources, and systems to support operational excellence and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Matric and relevant hospitality qualifications.
Strong experience in Food & Beverage operations within the hospitality sector at 4 and 5 star establishments.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple departments with grace and efficiency.
A hands-on leader with an eye for detail, a heart for service, and a passion for people.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
