SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a credit company with their search for an Operations Manager, based in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational functions
Streamline workflows and improve internal processes
Lead operational teams and refine procedures for efficiency
Ensure regulatory compliance and governance standards
Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement strategy
Support execution of CASA’s strategic objectives

Key Requirements:

Strong operations and workflow optimisation experience
Leadership and team management capability
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Project management and organisational strength
Data analysis and budgeting proficiency
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
LLB, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Experience in the credit or financial services sector will be advantageous
