Our client in the Agricultural industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead farm and packhouse operations, optimise productivity, and manage a team of staff

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Degree in in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or Entomology would be highly beneficial
5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role, including a minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in a citrus farming environment with supervisory or team management responsibilities, would be advantageous
Experience in managing orchard operations, packhouse activities, and leading teams, along with familiarity with citrus industry quality standards and compliance requirements, would be advantageous
Computer literate
Own transport
