SUMMARY:
My client a warehouse service provider is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to run the day to day operations. We are looking for someone with experience in warehousing where bulk minerals are concerned.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid understanding of financial management.

Day to Day Operations
Production planning & implementation
Contract and KPIs management
Production Team and Resource Management
Training & Coaching
Risk mitigation
Full implementation of SHEQ Protocols
