SUMMARY:
An opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified and experienced Operations Manager within the Food and Beverage industry. The ideal candidate would have experience managing chain stores.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Management of Food and beverage branches on a national basis in order to increase profitability, ensure smooth running and effective management the branches.

Setting and implementing standards regarding health and safety, facilities management, kitchen management, stock management, resource management, customer service and cost control.

Ensuring compliance and adherence to departmental and company policies, procedures and reporting

Cost and budget management to ensure maximum profitability, financial management and targets for the branches, cash and stock control.

Manage all staff and establish performance standard and conduct performance reviews.

Monitor customer service and Customer experience nationally.

Review branch and regional level daily, weekly and monthly reports

Manage the improvement of operational and financial results.

Requirements

Matric

Valid driver’s license

Food & Beverage Qualification

5 years experience within the Food and Beverage Industry preferably within a chain of outlets or Retail store Operations experience

Understanding food and controls

Management experience
