Operations Manager – H26032

Based: Groblersburg, Limpopo

Salary: R 20 000 to R 30 000

Requirements:

Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
5–7 years’ experience in hotel operations required
Oversee daily hotel operations & ensure exceptional guest experiences
Manage multi-department teams: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa & Maintenance
Drive operational excellence, efficiency & service standards
Implement policies, procedures & performance metrics
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Partner with the General Manager on budgets, forecasting & cost control
Lead, motivate & develop high-performing teams
Resolve guest concerns quickly & professionally
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
