SUMMARY:
An exciting management opportunity has become available at a medical facility in the south coast of KZN. The key responsibility of the position will include General and Nursing Services management of the facility.

POSITION INFO:
Qualification requirements to be considered for the position:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing & SANC registered
Post-basic Specialty Diploma in: Critical Care or Theatre or Trauma
Diploma in Nursing Administration
Financial qualification would be advantage
3-5 years’ experience in a senior management capacity

Competencies & knowledge:
Working knowledge of financials, labour relations principles and pharmacy chain management
Excellent strategic and operational leadership qualities
Knowledge of commissioning of a medical facility
Well-developed decision making and conflict resolutions skills
Financial acumen
Computer proficient in MS Office suite
Ability to build good working relationships
