SUMMARY:
Operations Manager- Transport co- Fourways

POSITION INFO:

Supervise operational employees, fleet, facilities and service providers as well as maintain and build relationships with customers.Supervise tream of drivers.

1. Review operating procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
2. Provide direction on company procedures to direct reports.
3. Ensure compliance between departments.
4. Sign off all relevant documentation required for damages to the company’s fleet.
5. Oversee all high-level HR duties
6. Manage day to day operational activities
7. Improve quality, productivity and efficiency
8. Work closely with the Directors to ensure proper roll out of processes
9. Ongoing development of new, specific training for staff
10. Policy development and implementation
11. Incident reports
12. General management tasks 13. Establish and maintain appropriate systems to monitor, evaluate and report on all operational departments
