SUMMARY:
Our client a franchisor is seeking an Operations Manager to work with them a full-service, coffee-themed franchise restaurant chain – for their East Rand operations. Experience with Multiple stores required

POSITION INFO:
To grow, develop and enhance the Brand’s presence through servicing of the existing Franchise network and ensure operational integrity within the region.
Provide a full franchise service system to service franchise partners on the East Rand
Conduct regular trade visits
Provide structured monthly reports to the immediate Head of Department which are comprehensive and on time
Assist and provide input into the annual business plan and budget for the region
Manage, develop and lead a team of Franchise Managers via the application of the Group’s Integrated Performance Management tools and principles

Are you hands-on and enjoy building others and their businesses, with a strong understanding of financials, strong communication skills required

5-year franchising management experience required
