Unique opportunity to drive efficiency, effectiveness and end to end management of the operations of the company secretarial team for large listed Financial Services concern.
This role requires a leader who has experience in general management and process improvement to improve efficiency, automate processes and coordinate a team of Company Secretaries, Support Staff, and the Statutory Maintenance Team.
A Bachelor''s degree in law, business administration or similar, a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a large corporate, and basic knowledge/understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and corporate governance required for influential and important leadership and change role.
