The Purpose of the Role
The Operations Planner will take full ownership of local supply chain execution, ensuring:

• Strong stock availability
• Improved inventory accuracy
• Reduced backorders
• Reliable master data integrity

• Manage and control stock movements, inbound deliveries, receipts, and returns within ERP systems
• Oversee packaging inventory and replenishment planning
• Monitor cycle counts and perform stock adjustments to ensure system accuracy
• Coordinate key account shipments and ensure alignment between available and shipped stock
• Manage backorders and maintain alignment between Customer Service and Distribution
• Ensure master data correctness and system integrity
• Provide structured reporting and operational insights to international stakeholders

• 4–7 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Operations Planning / Inventory Control
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management would be advantageous
• Strong ERP experience (QuickBooks, Netstock, SAP, Syspro, Dynamics or similar)
• Solid understanding of stock movements, cycle counts, and backorder processes
• High attention to detail with strong analytical ability
• Organised, structured and process-driven
• Confident communicator comfortable reporting internationally
• Ambition and potential to grow into a senior leadership role
