Operations Supervisor & Crane Truck Driver (Code 14 & PDP)

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Operations Supervisor & Driver/Crane Operator to join their team. This role combines heavy-duty truck and crane operation with on-site supervision, ensuring our large trees are delivered and planted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll do:

• Operate a Code 14 truck with mounted crane to transport and plant large containerized trees.
• Lead and supervise a crew on-site, ensuring safe and professional installations.
• Liaise with clients and represent the company with integrity.
• Oversee rigging equipment, vehicle care, and site safety.

• Valid Code 14 (EC) license + PDP.
• Certified crane operator (heavy-load experience essential).
• 3+ years’ experience in load transport or tree/plant installations.
• Proven supervisory skills and ability to manage a crew.
• Strong communication skills in English and confidence in client-facing situations.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps and smartphone photo apps for daily reporting.
