POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised and customer-focused Operations Team Member II to join the Durban operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage shipment tracking, PODs, customer queries and operational documentation efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) records. Track and trace domestic and express shipments. Investigate delays, missing deliveries and shipment exceptions. Capture waybill information and process shipment pre-alerts. Handle customer, branch and internal operational queries. Maintain accurate shipment, billing and supporting documentation. Conduct warehouse checks and manage Digital Dropbox shipments. Generate daily POD and operational performance reports. Escalate unresolved operational issues when required. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric or equivalent. Experience in courier, logistics, transport or distribution is advantageous. Customer service, shipment tracking or operational administration experience preferred. Knowledge of POD processes is advantageous. Key Skills Strong administration and organisation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Computer literacy, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word. Logistics\/courier management system experience is advantageous.
