JOB SUMMARY:
Company based in Morningside is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations/Business Manager to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and direction in the development of marketing and brand business strategies, training and development strategies and human resources strategies
Provide insight on best practices and solutions to identified areas of improvement
Manage inter-departmental dependencies, reviews etc
Process analysis and streamlining of processes to improve efficiencies, constant engagement and collaboration across departments/businesses
Ensure the brand and marketing guidelines are adhered to across all platforms
Ensure strategic marketing plans are created and delivered for all territories
Assist in the development and preparation of the organisation’s commercial process strategy and general business planning
Ensure the creation, implementation and execution of necessary performance reviews for all divisions within the organisation
Performance management of staff and disciplinary processes
Identify opportunities for potential new business ventures
Internal and external relationship management
Identifying marketing needs across multiple regions and entities
Daily/Weekly/Monthly management reporting
Identify opportunities for global business opportunities and engage with potential stakeholders to secure opportunities
