OPERATOR / KEY ACCOUNTS

We are seeking a highly organised and operationally focused individual responsible for overseeing the full warehouse, logistics, delivery, customer service, sales, and administrative functions. This role requires hands-on involvement in stock management, vehicle and driver coordination, customer relationship management, sales growth, and internal administration.

OPERATOR / KEY ACCOUNTS

Minimum skills and experience required:

• Strong logistics and sales orientation
• Fit and able to perform heavy lifting
• Fully traceable employment history
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license
• Self‑starter with strong organisational skills

• Key holder
• Receiving (1–2 deliveries per month)
• Stock control (counting, rotation, quality, order picking control)
• Full responsibility for stock integrity

• Full management and control of vehicles (daily checks, fuel, servicing, etc.)
• Load planning and routing
• Driver management

• Ensuring order accuracy
• Customer communication
• Calls / telesales
• Merchandising management
• Customer service

• Scheduled customer visits
• Collect orders and promote sales
• Manage promotions
• Seek new business

• Time and Attendance
• Overtime control
• Assist with overdue accounts
• Staff and operational planning
