POSITION INFO:

Main purpose of the job:

To Operate and maintain packaging machine line to achieve maximum effectiveness at minimum cost and to meet production requirements as per production plan

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric, preferably with Maths and Science
• or N3 plus or National certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging Operations
• Team leader Training

Knowledge:

• Goods Manufacturing Principals and Processes
• HACCP, Health & Safety, Process, Product, and packaging materials specifications
• Machine Start-up, Change over and Shutdown Process
• Clean in Place principals and procedures
