POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS software developer, to work on the existing HRMS application. Your primary role would be to develop and configure the HRMS application, for the delivery of small/medium enhancements, projects, urgent and/or emergency changes as well as all other day to day operational support activities of the team.

This includes working closely within the software delivery team as well as other teams for alignment and planning.

Experience in the following are key to this role:

5+ years’ experience working as a developer on Oracle EBS HRMS applications
Extensive knowledge and experience of both technical (PLSQL) and functional (workflows) experience on the HRMS EBS platform
Experience on Oracle Forms, XML, Reports, PL/SQL, workflows, OAF, Compensation Workbench
A proactive mindset focused on delivering with both quality and speed
High-levels of ownership along with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team
