Our Maitland (Cape Town) based client is looking to add an Orders Office Assistant to their team.

You will need good admin and communication skills and be able to multi-task.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / equivalent
Proficient in MS Office, Pastel v19, what’s app web
1 years’ experience in admin and generating invoices
Bi-lingual (Eng / Afr)
Attention to details
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Able to multi-task

Responsibilities:

Admin duties
Customer relations
Receive & respond to what’s app messages via phone & what’s app web
Printing
Invoicing
Filing
Ad-hoc duties
