SUMMARY:
A medical aid company within Johannesburg, is looking for a Organizational Development Specialist to join their team for a 12 month contract.

POSITION INFO:

The candidate would be accountable for the development and implementation of tactical work plans and the formulation of associated Organisational Development practices. This is to contribute towards overall organisational effectiveness in the Human Capital context

Client Details

My client has been in operation since the 1960s, making it one of the most experienced, most knowledgeable and most reliable medical schemes in South Africa.

They have a headcount of approximately 280 staff members and they are all about quality health care at affordable prices.

With the head office based in Johannesburg.

Description

Develop the Performance Management roll out plan using the BSC methodology.
Responsible for the co-ordination of the Performance Management tools and processes.
Develop and update performance management guidelines to align the BSC approach and other related changes.
Design and Develop training material on Performance Management.
Deliver training interventions on Performance Management
Provide implementation support for each of the milestones on the Performance Management cycle
Drive the Quality Assurance exercises for each of the milestones on Performance Management cycle
Provide input into the department''s risk register in consultation with the Manager
Ensure the mitigation of the department''s risk profile through the application of fraud controls and risk prevention principles and implementing of sound governance and compliance processes and tools to identify and manage risks.
Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of quality risk management in line with the requirements from ISO9001:2015.

Profile

Key Selection criteria

B-Degree in Human Resources or preferably a higher qualification
Registration with Human Capital Professional bodies
5 Years in Human Capital Specialist/Generalist Roles
3 Years in an Organisational Development role
Industry experience : Open on Industry, but preference to a candidate from medical aid industry
The role is a 1 year fixed term contract.
