The Role: Outbound Appointment Setter
This role is for a top-of-funnel outbound sales operator. Your single goal: book qualified sales appointments directly into closers calendars. You''ll drive pipeline by making high-volume outbound calls, emails, and DMs and you''ll be expected to improve, iterate, and own your metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound touches per day (calls, emails, DMs)

• Follow and iterate on outbound scripts to drive conversations

• Get past gatekeepers and handle objections with confidence

• Book qualified meetings with decision-makers

• Use tools like HubSpot, Calendly, and external dialers to manage your workflow

• Maintain clean CRM data

• Run follow-up cadences that convert

• Test new outbound channels and lead sources

About You

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting or BDR roles

• Proven success booking high volumes of qualified meetings

• Skilled at cold calling and comfortable hearing ''no''

• Clear, persuasive written communicator (email/DM outreach)

• Tech-savvy with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), dialers, and booking tools

• Resilient, coachable, and thrives in high-pressure environments

• Motivated by performance-based pay and KPIs

• Available to work 8am5pm UK time

• Background in B2B, SaaS, consulting, healthcare, or agency sales

• Experience using external dialers with 85+ calls/day

• Familiarity with high-ticket sales cycles and qualification frameworks
